Cell phones can be returned within the specific carrier trial period and Costco’s trial period. Costco’s return policy for cell phones is 90 days from the date of purchase. Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Fido, and SaskTel provide a 15-day trial period from the date of purchase or 30 minutes of airtime usage. After the trial period, early cancellation fees will apply. Manufacturer’s warranty is available for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Please see the manufacturer’s warranty for specific coverage terms.
If you wish to refund a purchase, please ensure that it is brought back to the wireless phones kiosk in good condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to return the bonus items received with your purchase. The bonus car charger should be returned in good condition. If a Costco Cash Card was used, it will need to be brought back at the time of refund. Our wireless expert will create a return invoice after checking that your carrier plan has been cancelled. You will then be escorted to Costco’s customer service desk to complete the refund.
